Did Anyone Smoke Pot This Fourth Of July?

I smoked pot a few times.  About 40 years ago.

I did take the fall for my brother, Butch, when my folks discovered a bag in our bedroom about the same time.  He was already in enough trouble.

My question today is though, "Did anyone smoke pot this fourth of July"?  

Looking at the short term chart for HMMJ - a new pot related ETF.  It is down roughly 20% from its' "high" from a few months ago and nearly reached its low on around the 4th of July weekend.

Was it too hot in the USA to light up?

Is is Don Jr.'s fault?

Let me know if you have the answers to any of my burning questions.

I need to understand.
